You can capture the flavor of pumpkin by using:

  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Vanilla

You can also check your local food store for “pumpkin pie spice,” a low-calorie spice that already has these three elements combined in perfect proportions—with a bit of added food coloring to give it that pumpkin-like orange hue.

When you are ready for a fall-inspired treat, prepare your vanilla shake mix as instructed, and then add one of the following additional flavors:
